How to make mango banana smoothie

Mango and banana and kefir – what more could anyone ask for? This smoothie tastes incredible when you have it with second fermentation and chilled with refrigeration.

Ingredients

  • 01 1/4 cup banana
  • 02 1/4 cup mango
  • 03 1/2 cup milk kefir
  • 04 1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. 01 Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.
  2. 02 Serve chilled. Makes one serving.
